If salt crystals appear on the surface β donβt worry! This is normal and can happen when moisture naturally evaporates over time. Simply knead your dough well, and the crystals will dissolve back in.
If your dough ever feels a little dry, add a few drops of water or a touch of vegetable oil, then knead until soft and smooth again. Your dough will be good as new! π
