Sensory Fillers:

• Store in a clean, dry, airtight container when not in use.
• Keep away from moisture and humidity to help prevent spoilage or deterioration.
• Sensory fillers are intended for supervised play and should be kept away from water unless otherwise specified.
• Discard any filler that becomes wet, develops an unusual odour, shows signs of mould, or otherwise appears compromised.
• Sensory fillers are not intended for consumption.

Care requirements may vary depending on the type of filler. Please refer to any product-specific instructions provided.

Playdough:

• Store playdough in an airtight container or resealable bag when not in use.
• Keep playdough away from water, moisture, heat and direct sunlight.
• Use clean, dry hands and surfaces during play to help prevent contamination.
• Keep playdough away from carpets, upholstery, clothing and other porous surfaces, as it may stain.
• If playdough becomes dry, crumbly, contaminated or develops an unusual odour, discard it.
• Do not mix different colours unless you are happy to create a new colour.
• Playdough is intended for supervised play and is not intended for consumption.

Playdough may naturally dry out over time, especially if it is not stored in an airtight container.

Kinetic Sand:

• Store kinetic sand in a clean, dry, airtight container when not in use.
• Keep kinetic sand away from water and moisture, as wet sand may become difficult to use and may not return to its original texture.
• Use kinetic sand on a suitable tray or play surface to help contain mess.
• Keep away from carpets, upholstery, clothing and other porous surfaces, as it may be difficult to remove.
• Remove dirt, debris and foreign objects before storing.
• If kinetic sand becomes wet, contaminated or develops an unusual odour, discontinue use and discard it as appropriate.
• Kinetic sand is intended for supervised play and is not intended for consumption.

Texture and performance may vary slightly depending on storage conditions and use.

3D Printed Products:

• Handle gently to help prevent breakage, especially around thin sections, joints and moving parts.
• Clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth, as appropriate for the item.
• Avoid excessive heat, direct heat sources and prolonged exposure to high temperatures, as these may cause warping or deformation.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Articulated and moving parts should be handled gently and should not be forced.

3D-printed products may have minor variations, visible layer lines or small surface imperfections due to the printing process.

Wood Products:

• Keep dry and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.
• Wipe clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth when needed.
• Do not soak, submerge or place in a dishwasher unless the product is specifically labelled as suitable.
• Allow items to dry completely before storing.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or excessive heat, which may cause fading, cracking or warping.

Wood is a natural material, so variations in grain, colour and texture are normal.

Cotton / Wool Products:

• Follow any product-specific washing instructions provided.
• Spot-clean gently when appropriate and avoid excessive rubbing or wringing.
• Allow items to air-dry thoroughly before storing.
• Avoid high heat, which may cause shrinking, felting or changes in shape.
• Store in a clean, dry place away from moisture.

Natural fibres may vary in texture, appearance and feel. Wool products may require additional care to prevent shrinking or felting.

Small Pieces & Children’s Safety:

Some products contain small pieces or components that may pose a choking hazard.

• Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
• Adult supervision is required during use.
• Keep small pieces out of the reach of young children and anyone who may place them in their mouth.
